As a young child in the early seventies, I paid attention to detail and loved making pages come alive. When others placed the pieces of a puzzle in order, I drew the picture on the box to full scale.
Pen in hand and a dream in mind, I entered Tulane’s architectural program in 1987, which steadily evolved into the study of Communication Arts with an emphasis in Design and my magna cum laude degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1991.
After ten years in the business world, numerous citations and awards from the design community for creativity and graphic design excellence, and a strong desire to stand on my own, I opened Squaw Design Communications, Inc. Squaw Design is a respected agency having served clients in the Mid-Atlantic region and beyond since 2001.
